Featuring Daily Menus and Rotating Info & Announcements
1. Your Logo & Colors-We add your logo and match the colors to all elements so that the board has a clean and professional look. Colors can be precisely matched and remain constant throughout each daily presentation. If the logo ever changes, we can make changes to the color scheme remotely, just as we do all other content.
2. Date & Time with Facebook like graphic-The board acts as a clock giving a precise time along with the day and date. Changes are dynamic. The Facebook graphic is optional and can be one of many social network graphics we have to choose from.
3. Daily menu – The menu contains all of the days meals in an easy to read format. The menu changes daily at noon to the next day’s menu. This allows parents to view the display in the morning when dropping off their childeren with the meals for that day, and then when they pick them up in the afternoon view the meals they will be eating tomorrow (Friday’s displays Monday’s menu in the afternoon). We will need a copy of your menu for the month in any format to use to enter the data into the software.
4. Weekly or Monthly Information/Announcements – We utilize custom designed graphics, text and images to display important information parents and staff need to know. These slides rotate continuously through out the day, with a 10-15 second interval for each slide. We need a copy of your newsletter or schedule for the month with any events to update the software and design the slides
5. A continual scrolling message that can be changed at any time with a phone call or email to our office. Typically we can change this within 10 minutes
All content is created and scheduled for you as part of your monthly subscription. No software to learn or content to design, we do all of it for you remotely and update the board via the internet!

5. Dynamic Weather – Both current conditions and forecasted conditions for the next day, updated automatically every 15 minutes. If there is any alert issued from the National Weather Service for your zip code, that will also show up as a graphic along with the weather conditions.
6. Photos pulled from shared Dropbox folder – We share a Dropbox folder with you that is tied to your board, you can add and delete photos in this folder and they will show up or be taken off your board within 90 seconds. Gives you the opportunity to share daily images with parents and staff almost instantaneously!
