Back in the early 1990’s I started a small spice company selling specialty blends of spices wholesale to small and medium sized markets in the Southeastern US. It was around that time that the Internet (then known as the “World Wide Web”) started to be used as a commerce vehicle. I became intrigued enough to have several websites designed to be used by my company as a marketing vehicle.
My curiostity moved me more toward action when a new search engine named Google came on the scene and began offering online advertisement, in the form of Pay Per Click. The idea that you can advertise on a medium that would only show your ad to people INTERESTED in your products, was compelling, to say the least.
I developed, through trial and error, a process that allows me to understand a clients business and their target demographic customer. From there I specialize in putting a program together that maximizes that client’s effectiveness and meets their budgetary constraints.
One thing about this business is the necessity to continually stay abreast of new things that can affect a clients marketing. It is for this reason that I never stop learning and upgrading my abilities.
